Features of MALCOM SP-2 Solderability Tester:
Best suited for lead-free wetting tests (solder paste, components, temperature conditions);
The entire wetting process can be observed through a glass window;
Can measure wetting balance method, microelectronic balance method, rapid heating temperature rise method (optional);
Capable of actual reflow process and optimal temperature profiles
Can test the wettability of tiny components sized 1005 and 0603
Automatic analysis of data such as wetting time and wetting force through computer (dedicated system) setup input and measurement operation;
Can also be used to evaluate solder wire testing.
