· Powerful heat recovery: Due to the use of a small, high-output heating element (150W) and a highly sensitive sensor, it can easily handle heavy loads and large-area soldering work without feeling a drop in the tip temperature.
· Novel handle design (PAT.): Features a comfortable grip, flexible soldering iron cord, and a short distance to the tip.
· Rapid heating: Reaches 350℃ in about 14 seconds (when using the RX-80HRT tip, it reaches 350℃ in about 6 seconds).
· Tool-free tip exchange (PAT.):
① Uses a newly designed sliding method; no heat-resistant pads, screwdrivers, or other tools are needed when exchanging tips.
② Compatible with our company's RX-80HRT tips.
③ Includes 25 types of exchangeable tips for RX-802AS, totaling 34 standard tips available.
④ Thick iron-plated tips compatible with lead-free solder.
⑤ To prevent corrosion caused by lead-free solder, all models use thick iron-plated tips.
· Lock function (PAT.): The device can be locked with a password without the need for tools or cards.
· Sleep function (PAT.): If unused for a certain period, the tip will automatically cool down (time and temperature are freely adjustable), reducing oxidation caused by idle heating; can also be used together with the "auto power-off function."
· If the tip temperature changes (e.g., when touching a wet sponge), the sleep function can be automatically canceled [This method cannot cancel the sleep function if the sleep function temperature (SST) drops below 100℃].
· Soldering time alert setting (to prevent overheating components due to prolonged soldering).
· When the tip contacts the soldering component and reaches the set time, an alert sound will be emitted, helping inexperienced operators avoid damaging components and improving stable soldering quality.
① When the tip temperature is outside the DIF range, the soldering time (AT) starts.
② When the soldering time is reached, an alert sound is emitted (at this time, it will flash twice).
③ The operator removes the tip from the electronic component.
· Tip temperature calibration function (PAT.):
① Allows calibration of the tip temperature. When there is a discrepancy between the tip temperature and the displayed temperature, temperature calibration can be performed via numerical adjustment.
② Auto power-off setting: Automatically cuts off power if no operation is performed within a preset time.
