Product Features

· Heating is performed using both hot air and far-infrared rays from below, reproducing conditions close to those of an actual reflow oven.

· The system's reflow heating can be set, and temperature curve data can be easily analyzed.

· With the combined use of an image observation system, images captured by the camera and their temperature curves can be output and saved .

· The furnace image analysis device uses a laser displacement meter underneath the device, enabling analysis of deformation of heated components, such as the height variation of CSP/BGA solder balls, the shape of fillet welds (solder height, angle) on 0402 chip components, and solder evaluation .
