Product Overview

This vibration test bench can set experimental conditions such as acceleration, velocity, and vibration frequency, simulating vibration environments and vibration load evaluations.

● Energy-saving power system "ECO-Vibe neo": 
ECO-Vibe neo is designed and developed based on the concept of an environmentally friendly vibration test device. The test conditions vary depending on the test specimen. Generally, the test thrust is calculated by the product of the mass of the test specimen, fixture, and test bench, and the test acceleration. However, when this test thrust is less than the device's maximum thrust, compared to the power used by the moving coil part, the excitation power supply that continuously outputs current to generate the DC magnetic field accounts for a higher proportion of power consumption. ECO-Vibe neo achieves power saving by allowing the user to select the thrust. Moreover, since no initial investment is required, cost savings can be effectively realized from the first year of use.

 

● Energy-saving power system vibration test device: 
By eliminating the excitation coil and excitation power supply, "state-of-the-art energy saving" is achieved on a medium-sized vibration test device with a thrust of 10kN. Additionally, the cooling blower is reduced by 70%, and the rotation speed is controlled based on the temperature of the vibration generator, greatly achieving energy saving and noise reduction.

The F series equipment operates on the principle of generating thrust by cutting magnetic lines of force with electric current, mainly composed of a "vibration generator" that produces vibration and a "power amplifier" that supplies electricity. It uses a D-class digital control system, allowing free setting of test requirements such as excitation force, velocity, displacement, and acceleration.
