Product Overview

SANYOSEIKO High-Temperature X-ray Observation System — "X-Ray Magnifier" Easily present the content you can't see, helping to enhance quality.

1.5-megapixel high-resolution image sensor achieves 2-micron resolution at 10x magnification. Featuring a miniature CCD sensor with 1500 x 1000 pixels, each measuring just 20 x 20 microns, combined with a compact microfocus X-ray source, this setup delivers large-scale machine-level imaging with 2-micron resolution under 10x magnification. The result is high-resolution images displayed on a large screen—perfect for applications requiring detailed visualization of intricate machinery.

Lead-free and ultra-low power consumption—friendly to the planet. Apart from the shielding glass, no lead-based metals are used. Moreover, its exceptionally low power usage is kind to Earth.

Easily operate using a game controller and PC mouse—control is effortless with either device. Additionally, image data can be stored on your PC’s hard drive, making it convenient for sharing and managing information.

The open-design concept ensures maximum visibility of samples. The top window and front door feature large, specially designed glass covers that provide a comprehensive view of the samples awaiting analysis. Additionally, built-in cross laser lines are included for easy and precise operation.

A tilting platform angled approximately 17 degrees left and right can adjust the Z-axis heights on the right and left sides, enabling the acquisition of overlapping-position information. The platform angle can vary both positively and negatively.
