Tamura TLF-204-NHLV lead-free solder paste is a premium product line with a completely halogen-free formulation. The product meets the ROL0 standard, offering extremely high reliability, excellent continuous printing performance, and minimizing air voids to the greatest extent possible—making it ideal for circuit boards with stringent environmental and durability requirements.
Key features
- Halogen-free formulation, compliant with IEC 61249-2-21 standard, Cl < 900 ppm, Total < 1500 ppm.
- ROL0 flux classification (according to IPC J-STD-004 standard) is extremely safe for components and does not cause corrosion.
- The printing performance is highly stable, even when printing continuously with long stencil idle time.
- Good wetting capability, minimizing air bubbles beneath low-profile components (BGA, QFN) to the greatest extent.
- Good thermal fatigue resistance
