Evaluation Standards: JEITA ET-7404/ET-7401/JISZ3198-4/ML-STD-883/IEC60068-2-54/IEC60068-2-69
Methods for evaluating the wettability of solder: 1) Solder pot balance method; 2) Solder ball balance method;
Methods for evaluating the wettability of solder paste: 1) Stepwise heating method; 2) Rapid heating method;
Once the solder is determined, the solderability of printed circuit boards, vias, and various electronic component pins can be evaluated;
Additionally, solderability can be evaluated under a nitrogen (N2) environment.
Connected to a computer, it can analyze wetting time, wetting force, surface tension, contact angle, and perform data analysis;
All the above test methods can be selected as needed.
