MALCOM Solder Paste Viscometer PCU-203 Testing Principle:
The PCU-203 is a physical analyzer for liquid viscosity, using a coaxial double-cylinder helical pump type sensor, especially suitable for measuring high-viscosity electronic materials. The PCU-203 measurement uses JIS standards 。

MALCOM Solder Paste Viscometer PCU-203 Applications:
Solder Paste Viscosity Measurement | Used for measuring the viscosity of various solder pastes (the total amount of solder paste tested is not less than 250g). |
Measuring Viscosity of Other Samples | Film thickness pastes, adhesives, solder resist pastes, liquid solder resist, other inks, pastes, etc. |
Note: PCU203 cannot use the computer connection function (RS-232C).
Note: Measurement accuracy was tested using silicone test liquid at 10 RPM.
Note: PCU-203 has two specifications of measurement containers, default is 500g standard, optional 1kg specification.
