Product Overview

The HASS/HALT test device is developed to detect product defects early by applying vibration, temperature, and other combined extreme stress conditions during product development, and to reflect these findings in the design as soon as possible.

Vibration stress is applied using a cylinder-type vibration generator, capable of high acceleration and 6-degree-of-freedom random vibration.

Temperature stress ranges from -100°C to +200°C, with a temperature change rate capability of up to 60°C per minute.

※ To save LN2 gas consumption, a combined type equipped with a cooler is also available.

Product Features

Composite environmental test equipment refers to a device that subjects the test object to vibration testing while applying specified composite environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity, simulating the real working conditions of the test object for environmental evaluation testing. Composite environmental testing has long been conducted as a reliability assessment test for machines in the aerospace and space industries. In recent years, with the rapid development of semiconductors and other electronic devices, as well as the widespread use of resin-based composite materials in the automotive industry, composite environmental testing has become an indispensable part to ensure product reliability.
