Oxygen concentration test module RCX-O;
The oxygen concentration curve on the substrate from the reflow oven inlet to the outlet can be simply measured. In the production state (heating), the oxygen concentration status can be confirmed and compared with the oxygen concentration tester built into the nitrogen reflow oven. There are two selectable measurement ranges (50~5000ppm, 1000~10000ppm).
