Based on JIS Z3284 standard, it can accurately test the viscosity, Ti value, and R of solder paste;
The new thermostatic bath design improves the process of cleaning the sensor after testing samples, and the increased power of the thermostatic bath makes temperature control more stable;
Measurement data can be managed through the network;
Data can be automatically measured and saved;
Previous printer output data can be supported through optional accessories.

Solder Paste Viscometer MALCOM PCU-285 Features:
Adopts a helical sensor
Uses our independently developed coaxial dual circular viscosity sensor, capable of measuring the viscosity and Ti value of shear-unstable high-value samples with good repeatability;
Improved operability
Uses Windows system and touchscreen, allowing test programs and automatic testing to be set directly on the device;
Test data and curves can also be displayed
For easier container installation and sensor cleaning, the constant temperature bath section has been newly designed;
Data management
Measurement data is automatically saved on the device;
Using LAN, test data from multiple instruments can be managed via computer over the network.
