Features of JEL STCR4160SN Wafer Robot Arm:
Closed-loop control type robot arm with suspected multi-axis specifications;
Can transport to adjacent configured open/close safety door stations without a horizontal moving axis, reducing costs due to flexible layout design;
Suitable for 4-axis cylindrical coordinate clean robot arms required in ultra-clean rooms;
Solves the common step loss problem of stepper motors while maintaining high cost performance and high-speed transmission characteristics;
New dual-arm robot arm suitable for 2-inch to 300mm wafer transfer;
Adopts closed-loop control method that can prevent motor step loss even under sudden load changes or excessive acceleration/deceleration;
Effectively improves the reliability of the robot arm;
Motor equipped with absolute encoder, enabling the robot arm to know its current position under any circumstances;
Shortens the time for each motion axis of the robot arm to find its home position;
The absolute encoder is mechanical and does not require battery replacement;
Compatible with older models of our products (installation dimensions and performance interchangeable), facilitating customers to upgrade existing equipment;
High-strength arm: the third joint of the arm can withstand a force of 3kg (including wrist mechanism module, fingers, and wafer weight);
Standard arm lengths of the robot arm: 100mm, 130mm, 160mm, 200mm;
Base fixing method or flange fixing method can be selected according to equipment layout;
Optional Bernoulli-type fingers (Option).
